We squashed quite a few bugs in this release:

• #4146 - The already onboarded account is asked to undergo the onboarding process again
• #3588 - Tenants are not onboarded with the latest template if signed up in the past
• #3743 - Some recommendations were invalidated after AWS CUR had an outage
• #4262 - Portal flickers during the onboarding process
• #3707 - ASG check filtering out too many resources in EC2 finders
• #4435 - AWSServiceCost not running for some tenants
• #4293 - Fixed initial sorting of the benchmark report
• #4294 - History report is using finder description instead of name
• #4335 - EcsFargateOptimization - InvalidParameterException
• #2866 - DMSCleanupIdleInstances - Error "Found List of null”
• #1526 - InstallSSMAgentLinuxMacSSH - Lambda function timed out
