Billing Accounts Tab not seen

Overview

When visiting AWS Accounts > Billing Accounts in CloudFix, the Billing Accounts tab is not seen and only a blank page is seen.

Solution

This issue occurs when you are on an older version of CloudFix and/or visiting an incorrect/old CloudFix URL. In order to fix this:

  1. Visit the correct CloudFix URL [https://app.cloudfix.com/]. If you are using the old CloudFix URL [https://cloudfix.devgraph.com/], then it may not redirect to the correct URL, thus causing issues.
  2. Upgrade CloudFix.
