• CloudFix is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. (CloudFix does not hold a SOC 2 Type 1 certification — Type 2 supersedes it and covers the design and operating effectiveness of controls over the full audit period.)
• Audit period: October 2024 – September 2025.
• Auditor: CyberGuard Compliance, LLP.
• Result: zero exceptions noted.
• The SOC 2 Type 2 report is available under signed NDA. Request it through the CloudFix Trust Center request form at https://trust.cloudfix.com/compliance (typical response time is 2 business days).
