To use CloudFix and /or RightSpend effectively and securely, customers are responsible for maintaining the following technical and security requirements.
1. Internet and Connectivity

A stable broadband internet connection is required.

Access must be available over standard HTTPS (port 443).

If using a corporate network, CloudFix/RightSpend domains must be allowed through firewalls and proxies.
2. Supported Hardware and Operating Systems
-
Modern desktop or laptop computer with sufficient performance to run a web-based analytics application.

Supported operating systems include:

Windows 10 or later
-
macOS Monterey (12) or later
-
Recent Linux distributions with up-to-date browser support
-
3. Supported Web Browsers
RightSpend supports current and previous major versions of the following browsers:

Google Chrome

Microsoft Edge
-
Mozilla Firefox
-
Apple Safari (on macOS)
Browser updates should be applied promptly to maintain compatibility and security.
4. Networking and Security Configuration

TLS 1.2 or higher must be enabled.
-
Firewalls or content filters must permit access to RightSpend application endpoints.
-
Local antivirus, endpoint protection, or SSL inspection tools must not interfere with HTTPS traffic to RightSpend.
5. Account and Password Management
Customers are responsible for:

Creating and maintaining user accounts within CloudFix/RightSpend.
-
Using strong passwords and rotating them periodically.
-
Controlling administrative access and revoking credentials for offboarded users.
6. Data and Device Security
-
All devices accessing CloudFix/RightSpend should follow your organization’s security standards (antivirus, OS patching, encryption).
-
You are responsible for protecting any downloaded reports, exports, or credentials.
-
RightSpend does not manage or monitor your local equipment.
7. AWS Integration Requirements
CloudFix & RightSpend operate in direct integration with your AWS environment.
You must:

Maintain active AWS accounts and credentials with the required IAM permissions for CloudFix/RightSpend data collection and analysis.

Keep your AWS credentials (e.g., access keys, cross-account roles) valid and secure.
-
Use IAM roles that follow the permissions and trust policies documented by CloudFix.
-
Notify your internal AWS administrator of any changes that could affect CloudFix/RightSpend’s access (e.g., role deletion, permission updates).
Summary
CloudFix & RightSpend provides the hosted service. You provide the environment needed to connect to and use it securely. Keeping your equipment, browsers, and credentials up to date helps prevent access or performance issues.
